Shadow Realm Skilled Workers are essential for Buildings to produce resources. This is a Level 1 Skilled Worker but you can use your Obsidian (OBSD) earnings to then level up the NFT so that your worker can earn a higher wage and produce more building resources for you.

Your Skilled Worker will be able to work for 12 hours and they will earn Obsidian each shift.

If you are a building owner you can purchase skilled Worker NFTs and add them into your buildings.

If you don't own a building you add your Skilled Worker into buildings where the owner is looking to hire workers.
