3. Make note of the transaction ID as you'll require it for this form.
4. Fill in the form below, and the GRRLBAKECLUB team will get to work on your submission!
5. You'll see it live on our drops page on NEFTYBLOCKS within a week.

There will be a total of 69 mints to be issued for each Community Bake Sale grrl; you choose five mint numbers. Those five mint numbers are issued to you, and the remaining 64 will be sold on NEFTY blocks, where you will get a 31% commission on any and all sales.

Requests will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received.

The Community Bake Sale card will be created based on your description; with our artist determining the final outcome. Your only input is to fill the webform below. Be as descriptive as possible.

**NOTE: **Any requests which are deemed to be against the standards of our artists or those that would be against the standards of decency required by Atomic Hub to be issued as a WAX NFT will not be fulfilled, and you will not be refunded your CUPCAKE. No correspondence will be entered into.
