The painting was painted in 2020. It is referencing the ancient hand silhouette stencil, and specific location, Pech Merle. Pech Merle is an ancient cave in Southern France that is not particularly easy to get to. It is known for its ancient cave paintings and is one of the few cave systems displaying such unique qualities that can still be visited by human beings.

There will be 200 of these free NFTs available. They will be dropped on Friday 1/28/22 at 3 pm EST and will be available for 48 hours. The drop for a chance to purchase the physical painting and 1/1 NFT for 500 WAXP will take place the following Friday 2/4/22 also at 3 pm EST
